Some templates are narrow and not all information will fit in the set space when it comes to the checkout page. To correct this login to your store admin and click Catalog Setup. Look for Order Process and you will see Inline is currently set in the drop down. Instead choose Normal Window. Save your changes and view your website to see the change.
