We are currently in the process of changing our payment/billing service from 2CO or 2Checkout to Stripe to bring you a more modern and secure billing environment. At this time we are also migrating all billing accounts that were not already setup in our help and billing desk before. The help and billing desk is at www.createashoppe.com/helpdesk You can do a password reset if you are unsure of your login information or reach out to us. If you've received an invoice but recently made an auto payment through 2checkout please note the new invoice is not due until your next billing date. It will remain open in your customer account. When your payment is due please login to your customer account and submit payment. At that time you can also setup auto billing again. Your auto billing through 2Checkout has already been cancelled.
